During our somatic meditation sessions, I lead you on a journey beyond the mind's constant chatter and into the sacred world of the present moment, using your body as a vessel. This structured practice takes you out of your usual routine and grounds your meditation experience not in the vastness of your thoughts but in the realness of your body.

Here, in the stillness of your body and the gentle rhythm of your breath, you'll find a deep link with the "natural wakefulness" that is already inside you. We move through the world of your physical feelings, bringing your awareness into sync with the rhythm of your breath and the wisdom of your body.

We break free from the ties of the past and the constant pull of the future in this holy place. With each conscious breath, we move through the vast landscape of the moment, mining its potential to change. We can unlock the power of the present moment by being formal and thinking about it. This creates a safe place for self-discovery and personal growth.

  • Creative Visualization: The sessions begin with creative visualization techniques. Participants are guided to enter a deep meditative state, where they can access their inner world with heightened awareness. Through guided imagery, they create mental landscapes that represent their bodies.
  • Communication with the Body: During the visualization process, participants are encouraged to communicate with their bodies. This involves asking questions and actively listening to the body’s responses. For instance, they may inquire about physical sensations, tensions, or discomfort.
